Yeah, its a poor state of affairs indeed. When I worked for Ford, we were told that it cost a company five times (at least) as much to 'win' a new customer, as it cost to 'retain' and existing one.
Shame that analysis didn't cross the channel.
Motability cars were always given priority (and still should be), purely because for most customers a car is a tool of convienence, but for Motability users, it is a lifeline for which there is no real substitute.
I can't blame you for changing the car (I would too), and still hope to see you on the forums regardless of which brand you choose.
