Hi TazzyK - Cheers for the response. My first guess is that the garage dude didn't put the relay back in the right place. I see the relays, but I don't want to randomly swap them around incase something gets broken, or pops and then smells like burning plastic. Even when the clicking was present, there was no voltage at the wire in the boot, or further up the system, at the wiring "loom"<<? under the passenger door sill cover. The light is still lighting, not clicking though. I fear that the relay/fuse block may actually be faulty. How did you go about replacing this? From what I read, it means taking the entire dash/steering wheel/airbag system out just to access the thing.

Currently in Ernz's garage:
