All the fiats I have done and the japs as well had the anticlockwise piston the passengers son in law had a mitsi people carrier and that had anticlockwise threads as well on the passengers side..this is why it gives you two thrust bolts in the kits one clockwise and one anti clock wise thread..the hardest thing I found when doing the anti clockwise ones with a plumbers wrench and G clamp is your trying to work in both directions turn the piston with the wrench in one direction while turning the G clamp in the opposite direction ..perfect for the cack handed amongst us but I found it fiddly fact when I did the first one with the anticlockwise piston I found a second pair of hands a great help ..
