You have a big problem now ..by switching on the ignition you activated the ABS pump..you should never leave the key in the ignition and in some cases even pull a fuse to the pump ..From what I have read in the past you will now need to pressure bleed the system and you may well need to connect the car to a clip..
The clip will conect to the pump
and will cycle through the solenoids that control each valve of the ABS pump as the pressure bleeder forces brake fluid through the system. After the pump has been purged the clip diag tool will direct you to bleed each brake at the wheel until all air is removed from the system. The scan tool will then run a final of the ABS solenoids to purge any remaining air..so I think you now have a dealer job on your hands to get the ABS pump correctly purged..
