It does kind of let you down when you try to get what you expect to be a simple fault - turn up and are let down by poor service, bad parking facilities, long delays, no returned phone calls or unreasonably high prices.

I do not wish to turn the forums into a parkers rant but just listening to the views of a few of our members is interesting.

Not all dealerships are the same I know but if so then why does Renault not invest money into monitoring + improving the after sales service so they can live upto the claims typed on their own website.
