Hi there - did you use an oil flush beforehand? The reason I ask is that there may have been some sludge in the oil ways (galleries) in the engine which is now moving around due to the more viscous fresh oil .

Plus of course, if the car is still being used for short journeys - then the problem will still continue to occur. Try giving the car a good run on the motorway every week or so, it will help to reduce this from building-up. The moisture will evaporate off through the engine breather.
