Sorry, the only way to clear that, is to go to a Renault sympathetic garage for a diagnostic reset.
Although some on here say they have cleared that nag by disconnecting & reconnecting the Handbrake control unit.

Do a search, tis on here, Summat about window fully down, then fully up (in stages I know) but when it gets there, hold button for 10 Sec. Repeat on all windows. Caused by flat battery. Similar for Sunroof too, if you have one.
Before you ask, we aren't allowed to get radio codes on here, another problem with flat batteries.
