Hi GEECEE, this alarm problem is easily solved by adjusting the bonnet stops down slightly, the long beep when locking the car tells you that the alarm is sensing an aperture not closed fully, if when you hear the beep you press down on the bonnet, it should stop, and when you let go it will resume, this fault is caused by the bonnet pin switch not being long enough, if adjusting the bonnet down doesnt help then stick a piece of 1mm thick (ish) plastic to the bonnet at the point where the switch contacts, the beeps when unlocking tell you that the alarm has been triggered during your absence, of course this should be covered by warranty, but sometimes its more hassle to go to the dealer and if the fault is intermittent then it may be a waste of time anyway.

as for the hands free fault, the doors should unlock if you put your hand between the handle and the door, breaking the beam from the optical sensor, if this isnt working then a visit to mr Renault is required to check the sensor operation.

hopefully ive helped
