A sticking caliper could certainly cause your problem once the heat builds up enough.
The heat might also increase the tyre pressure so check it again.
Sounds like a full caliper strip down is needed in the first instance. The disc might be warped or cracked now so new pads/discs might be needed.
If the brake fluid also supplies the clutch, I wouldn't have thought that the fluid already in the clutch line would be affected by the heat.
At that mileage it could just be wear and tear on the clutch.
