At that mileage it could be a sticking piston or gummed up caliper sliding pins.
You might not notice a problem when the brakes are relatively cool but on a long run there would be some serious heat build up.

It could happen on any car and I haven't noticed complaints on Lags from forum owners.

See what the garage finds and take it from there.
