A dilemma, stick with the Kangoo or ditch it

I have a dilemma.
I got a 03 Kangoo in July, it had just come to the end of it's warranty. It had a full service history and just over 40,000 on the clock. I love the Kangoo, I am a gardener and the spacious boot is ideal for getting lawnmowers in and out and I also use it as a family car.
In the last 8 months I have spent over 2000 on repairs! The list of things that have gone wrong with my car includes it needing a full set of glo plugs, brake light switch, new remote key, a new rear tortion bar and now the fuel injectors are leaking, another 800!
Am I just really unlucky? It is due it's first MOT at the end of April so I was thinking of selling it after that and getting something more reliable or should I keep it and hope that I will have less problems with it in the future.
Have any other Kangoo drivers had similar problems?
