Renault Espace - 'Wobble' Between 20-40mph

Hi,

I have a 2000/1 2.0 Espace which has developed a wobble when driving.

it starts at 20 mph ish and is worse at 40.

now i have had the front wheels rebalanced and swapped them all around. with no effect.

the steering wheel does not wobble and the disks are not warped. it feels like a warped tire but it is not.

any ideas what it can.

track rod ends, play in any suspesion joint, ball joints.............

Get the espace up off the floot and look for play in the suspension bushes etc.

Remember, shes a heavy girl!! 2 tonne+

Coil springs do fail and the bushes get worn!

i have jacked her up, and there is no movement on the wheel top/bottom but there is ever so slight movement side to side, really slight almost not noticeable.

the other thing i did was to turn he over whilst up in drive and in neutral

In drive pump the accelerator and she wobbles.
In neutral with no wheel movement she wobbles.

The plot thickens

With the vehicle back on it's wheels and the engine running, as you increase the revs, does it wobble?
