Yes,change the spark plugs.

No,don't bother with genuine Renault coils ,buy some Beru aftermarket ones from a decent motor factor as they are many times more reliable then the Renault ones.

Yes,the coils are just pushed on to the spark plugs and are held with either a T30 torx headed bolt or a 10mm headed bolt.

Disconnecting the coils is not a way to find out which one is faulty as they are wired in pairs,but as your going to change all of them,it doesn't particularly matter.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
