Yes that would be right, you have to get the whole assembly.

Actually, if I remember right, once you get them off it does look like you should be able to chop the bearing out, with oxy-acetylene or whatever, but I haven't seen the bearing itself listed anywhere, I've just had a look but must have scrapped the ones I took off my car so can't help you further, sorry..
I realise you don't all live in the outback, but my cousin's son-in-law does, and I gather that there, they will dismantle and repair anything from starter solenoids to fuel pumps (where we here would just fit a new one) because of the cost and difficulty of obtaining parts..
