Re: Offside front constant velocity joint gaiter
The one ringed in red is the steering rack gaiter,the one in blue is the inner CV gaiter.You're looking at the wrong side too,the offside is the drivers side.......
The outer joints are built into the shaft so to change the gaiters you either need to dismantle the inner joint or buy a stretchy gaiter kit so you can stretch the gaiter over the outer joint.In all honesty I'd get quotes from a few garages to change the gaiter for you,it's only half an hours labour and a gaiter which won't be expensive,it'll save you a lot of aggro trying to do the job at home.
I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
