Re: replacing headlamp unit on a grand scenic II

From memory, as my car is in its natural habitat at the moment (a garage getting fixed again). There are 3 bolts holding the front of the under tray on to the lower edge of the bumper. Lift the bonnet and there are a series of plastic twist lock things along the front edge. Remove those and a couple of torx screws. Then, in each wheel arch, remove the large plastic clips holding the liner in place at the front. Remove 2 screws securing the outer edge of the bumper. Move the wheel arch liner out the way and remove the bolt securing the bumper to the wing. Gently unclip the edges of the bumper from the wings and pull them outwards. Lift the bumper up slightly to unhook the top edge and pull off the car ensuring the front fogs have been disconnected. The headlight is quite easy from there on.
