Pedal replacement

I have a clio II 1.2 16v dynam. Due to an unfortunate and unavoidable incident (previous owner not giving a f**k) my clutch, brake and accelerator pedals have rusted all the way through. Both the clutch and accelerator pedals have come off an inch away from the pedal plates. The brake pedal does not look as strong.

I have replacement pedals waiting in a breaker but I have no idea how to get the 3 existing pedals out. I can see one bolt going through the brake and clutch and a smaller torx screw going into the brake pedal. None of which are rusted. I was half way through taking these out when I realised the clutch and brake are attached to components further up the footwell.

Can anyone give me a guide on how to remove the pedals without taking out or damaging vital components?
