Having vaguely similar braking problem. Spongy brakes after front disc/pad replacement and pressure bled 3 times incl cycling stuck ABS actuator on front n/s wheel (which is same wheel with a warped disc). Brakes firmed up after 2nd bleed with abs actuators switched but brakes went spongy after hard braking a week later.

Could try a breakers for abs unit around 90 I have been told.

Tried bleeding brakes today but could only bleed rear ones as front calipers have seized bleed screws. To top it off last garage changed gearbox oil and has been slowly leaking for a couple of weeks and found sump plug loose!
