Renaults are not the only makers that don't know how to repair cars.
My son took his Rav 4 into the dealers to find out why a warning light had lit up on the dash, the dealers said it was to do with the emmisions and either needed a new Cat, £1500.00 or an
update, £89.00 plus vat and labour. He would also have to pay for diagnostics. My son booked it in for diagnostics.
When he got home he thought about it and as it was emmisions he decided to renew the air filter, £12.00 from Hafords.
The warning light went off and stayed off, problem solved for £12.00
A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
