Cool fuse keeps blowing on 2000 laguna

My fuse for the right hand lights keeps blowing, sometimes when i switch the lights on and sometimes a couple of minutes later.

What should i have a look at, or should i pay the 36 p/h the local garage wants.

You may have a damp problem .
Check and clean the bulb holder connections as well, with a bit of wd40 type stuff.
If the connectors are geting wet then this is causing a short circuit which causes the fuse to blow.

You may have a poor earth connection, frayed wire. Although poor earth would normally just stop light working. Check that the insulation on the wiring isn't damaged, which may be shorting out.
