Question Headlight Washers

I have a probelm with my headlight washers when I use them they pop up a treat , but when I have finished washing my screen and healdlights at night , I come out to my car next day and the litttle bliters are still sticking out of my bumper and i have to push them back down so they are flush with the bumper again.

has anybody else has this problem?

Hi, I have just renewed mine, all the quick fixes did not cure them.

New ones come in a kit consisting of all connections, pipes and washers, you cannot buy just one washer.

From Renault they are £82.00, plus around £60.00 for Renault to fit as the front bumper has to be removed, it is a very simple job once the bumper is off.

I saved the £60.00 by doing it myself, not a hard job really.

It does seem as though it is a common fault, seem to start sticking when the car is 3 or 4 years old.

Have a look at the thread in this link...........
