Question Revo DAB Radio

Have got a Revo DAB kit for Xmas and would like to know if there is someway of picking up 12v power supply other than running a cable from the battery ?::

Just done a search for Revo dab kit....looks very nice.
I have two suggestions as to getting 12 volts to it,

First would be to take the radio out of the dash and use its
supply (red + and black-). this would mean leaving it on display
and making it a target for thieves.

Second would be to fit a 12volt car plug to it and plug it into cigarette lighter socket, advantage being you can remove it when parked.

I know it is a pain to keep removing it,but the odds are your window will get smashed when parked, it is the world we live in.

Just my thoughts.

Happy New Year

If it's the 'Revo in-car' model, then you're going to have to take the radio out to hook up the antenna connection anyway. You can get both permanent live and ignition switched live off the ISO connectors on the back of the stereo.
