How can I fix Renault Clio elec window

The drivers side elec window doesn't rise up properly. The part nearest the bonnet doesn't seem to rise at all whereas the part nearest the boot does. I've been told I need a clip for the edge nearest the boot and I can see a small round hole where something looks to fit but what is the clip called and is it easy to install - I'm a total girl when it comes to this sort of thing.... HELP WANTED!!
