Laguna Estate 98 8v keyfob problem

Dear All,

Being new to this I started by trawling through existing posts for answers and tried those suggestions first but sadly none have worked for me. I have a 98 2.0 Laguna Estate and one of the r/f fob remotes has never worked. Seeing some of the other posts gave me hope that this be usable again. I get flashing lights from the fob but no action! I accept it could be dead, but if there is any way I can try to reset/reprogramme, I would like to try. If anyone could offer assistance, I would mush appreciate it.

Many Thanks

Laguna Mk1 Phase 2 98 Estate

Did you ever find out how to reprograme your RF key fob.
I bought a key off ebay and all i need to do is get it to work via the remote control.

I, like you have read loads of post regarding this issue but cant seem to get it working.
Seem that most refur to the infared keys. Knowone can actually tell me the exact methood to reprograme a RF key fob that suits a Laguna Mk1 Phase2. I might just be being thick.

Can you help?
