Laguna 1.9 Electrical problem

I was just wandering if anyone can help me with a simple and not important electrical problem.
The front left door is not shown on my dash board when is opened. The interior lights doesn't swich on when I open the frot left door either.
Sometimes (like once every other week ) is working as it should be but most of the time -- it doesn't indicate me when the door is opened.

I knw is a swich somewhere but I couldn't find any swich whatsoever.

all the other doors are working fine.

And another problem, does anyone know what should I do (or what should I take with me) in order to travel legaly in france? (i.e. light adjustments kits, first aid box, etc).

Thank you for your time

Contrary to reports you still need to have beam benders on your headlights for France . we went last Aug and took first aid kit, warning triangle spare set of bulbs ( although most can"t be changed at the roadside) and a high vis vest. hope this helps.

Cornwall the place to be!
