Will my stereo take a cd changer?

I have a 1998 scenic and was wondering if anyone knows if the stereo in it will be able to take a cd changer as i am finding it difficult to find a cd player for it as it has a curved front the ones i have seen are to expensive for me.Any advice gratefully received.

Renault produced quite a number of different units fe the megane.
If they are CD Changer compatible it tends to be written on the front of the radio fascia. Conversly if you ease the radio out, you will see the appropritae information on the radio label.

CD Changer

Kenwood make a nice unit which I fitted to my wife's Laguna I which will work with any existing radio by playing back via a spare radio channel. The quaility is on a par with my factory fitted Cabasse unit in my Laguna 11.

Halford used to stock them but I got it £50 cheaper (about £120) off the internet but I had to fit it myself (well within a hobbiests capability).

Its cheaper than I thought (£87)try
