Megane II NSF Window Faulty

Hi All

Just passing through as I have been searching your forum to answer my father in laws problem. His NSF window goes down but not up, even if you press up it continues to go down(using local or drivers switch). It does shut when you double lock it from the remote. I have managed to identify a problem in the loom where it disappears into the door. By wiggling the wires and using the switch I can get the window to inch up or down (but have not got full functionality ie one touch). I will be investigating further - does anyone know if the door loom is available from Renault (at a sensible price) failing that it looks like a local repair will be needed.

Great Forum - Cheers

I would suspect the wires where they pass through the door frame as they may get stretched here
