Hi yes chris is right there, i would also check the fluid level because if its below and on the level sometimes it will make the light come on or even flicker all the best Donald

it's not the brake wear indicator light, if im right in thinking that is the circle with the dashes on the sides and lights up orange, it is the red warning light and the stop light that come on when you apply the handbrake, but when you release they remain on but go dimmer, it is intermittent too, went away for a bit today then came back???
