Hi, I have same problem, but am stuck trying to get door panel off - cant see how to remove the door handle to get at the screw thats mentioned above....mine is leather trim, I wonder if thats different?

Hi Andy - if you look closely behind the pull handle you will see a small circular plastic plug - carefully prise it out and the screw is behind it. It is quite a flush fit and can be difficult to see sometimes. Once all the srews and mirror cover are out of the way uses a thin bladed scraper (an old wallpaper scraper is ideal) and carefully slip it between the door card and the door and that should break the adhesive.
