Cool laguna 1 heated rear screen (part 2)

hello again, thanx horatio for your help, have tried few more things, i have got about 0.4-0.6 volts running through the screen matrix, obviously not enough to clear it, any ideas as to why only this small amount of wigglies and where the problem could lie, don't want to take half the car apart as the weather is so unpredictable at the moment, please can someone help me, pleeeeaaase

there is a bloke on e-bay selling a quick fix for rear demister on the laguna 1
Currently in rob.p's garage:

You should have 12v one side of the screen,and a small voltage the other.You have to check the bars individually,any that loose they're voltage completely are broken/damaged.

I'd rather push my Alfa than drive a BMW....
