Head unit Change

I have a 99 Clio with the phillips tape deck. I was looking at changing it to the update list cd player found on newer models as I thought it would have the easiest compatibility with my stalk etc? Can anyone give me any advice on this? Thanks!

yeah the update list on would work fine with your stalk theoretically should just b plug and play
