Assuming it***8217;s not the pulley wire itself, just give the runners at the side of the glass a spray with a silicon based furniture polish. I find it particularly effective when its only a problem in hot weather. Nothing needs to be stripped off just run the glass up and down a couple of times to distribute the silicon.
