Hi Mari I found a topic where this was discussed and thought it may help-

Renault tend to use to same wiring looms on most Clio's so hopefully your car will have the wiring there already but pay attention to the last post about the stalk with the switch. Also the part that controls the fog lights may not be programed for them though if you plug a relay into it you would find out.

By the way i'm not an old fart but would like to say driving about with your foglights on during anything other than foggy weather is not cool and lots and lots of people will despise you for it

That said if you are local to me i'm always willing to help out any female members

Hi i would think that the cheapest way to go with this is to go to your local car breakers and just explain what you have to use that you own a Clio with no front fogs and you wish to purchase a set from a Clio of the same year,if your car has the blank spaces for them but there are just blanking plates there i would say that the wire would must certainly be there for you just to put then in place and wire them up,as it has been said already your stalk might also have to be upgraded so as you can turn them on failing all this iam sure a auto electrician would wire them in for you on a new separate switch for a fair price i hope this helps Donald.

Unfortunately with your year of Clio you would need to get Renault to configure them via the uch your best approach would be to wire them in independently with a seperate switch .
