CD for K7 radio casette

Hi, I have a Espace III yr 2000 with a horrid K7 radio
any one know if I can attach a CD changer to the horrid thing an still keep the remote behind the steering wheel.
Currently in zep's garage:
2000 grand espace 2.2 dti, Nissan Sunny 1.6, Nissan Trade van, Pontiac Trans Sport 2.3, 1986 Nissan powerd series III Land rover station wagon, 1960 series II land rover

Hi Zep,

I would go for the option of just changing the head unit for a " tuner list " unit with built in C/D I think it will still work with the controls. Hopefully another member will offer further advice.

As far as I know Ottoman is quite correct. If the existing unit is labelled "tuner list" then a similar tuner list cd player head unit can be cheaply sourced from eBay for example. An advantage of this is that you can swap 'em straight over without any dramas, and you continue to use the remote as before.

Currently in Bob925's garage:
2015 '65 Vauxhall Astra SRi, and a variety of "lovely" buses
