Adding headlamp washers to my LagII

How hard would it be, and what would I need.

I understand id need to drill and fit the 2 jets, do they have an electrical connection for the popup bit? or is it done with the water pressure?

I would need some pipe and a T piece to each jet, then where on the pump would it connect to? would i need another pump or just a different one?

Hi Andy - quite a bit of work involved - you need an additional pump fitted to the screenwash reservoir - plus wiring for the pump and jets. Fitting the jets means removing the front bumper, etc. Also the jet housings are colour coded to match the bumper so painting may be required. I have two mates who have Lagunas with them and both think they are more bother than they are worth.

It is water pressure from the more powerful pump that madnoel has mentioned that makes the jets pop up.

There is no electrical connection to the pop up jets.

The jets (less jets shrouds) and all piping come in an assembled kit and cost £82 from Renault's.

you would also need the pipe and connector coming from the new pump.

A problem well stated is a problem half solved !
