Laguna II - Headlight Washers problem

just to say hello, but, also the reason I joined, took my car for a service, cutting a long story short here, any way they said the headlight washers werent working, which were 2 or 3 day before, and the previous year befor that. Is there any thing that might have been done to stop the washers working? a fuse or something?
I can tell you the full story of the service(cons! ?) if you wanna hear.

Talking

when you open the door, on the side, right by the locking mechanism you can find a round slot, just spin it with screwdriver, and the door handle will be disengaged, but you can still open the door from inside. I reckon that you are having same problem as I've had couple of weeks ago- snapped small locking bit. The thing is that it is quite hard to get that bit alone, as the dealer and suppliers can sell only the whole actuator thing, so the best solution is to get to your local scrapyard and find used locking mechanism, and fit it. I have found mine on ebay , for 5 quid, as the cover was damaged, but the bit I needed was untouched good luck with repair

Oh... I had seen that bit... and it did seem floppy and wobbly... But too late now.. because the whole unit is wrecked now. I had tried to unclip the plastic from the metal lock part, and it sort of disintergrated.

Thanks for this reply Arkadius. Any future troubles I may leave a few a few days until I have seen replies.
