Talking In car CD player

I've just bought my 1st Scenic, great car, and found 2 sockets in the glove box are these for plugging a multi changer for the CD player into? And if they are anyone give me an indication how much one of those cost?

usualy in the boot to head unit they are hard to get the full kit head unit the wire is usualy built in to the car and are very hard to remove . the multi changer lead is usualy round with little prongs in it no bibber than the aireal lead . you usualy find on e bay . not cheap .
