Hi All,
I am new to the Renault forum - just got a new Scenic 2.0 DTI 150 - most of it is good, but I don't get 'current MPG' on the fuel computer, only average. The dealer says we don't get this in England, but agrees they do in France on Scenics. My handbook shows it as well. Anyone got any idea if I can get this, it is very useful- well it was on my old Picasso!

For once the Dealer is correct.
This is only available on cars with a "Metric" trip computer. Somewhere in the coversion between l/100km and mpg the current mpg was lost.

If you look at your "miles" to go readout, that will give you a rough idea of current consumption as if you are cruising at 60mph it will show more miles left to fill up than if you are pottering around town.

The current consumption is probably one of the less useful features to be honest - as you know that as soon as you put the slightest pressure on the right pedal the figure plummets, ease off going down hill and suddenly you do 100mpg - sorry, can't see the point of that one.
The Renault trip computer, like the Picasso one is also useless, because as soon as the low fuel light comes on the "miles to go till fill up" goes to zero!! When you need it most the display shows ---
