Unhappy Clio - Window - Central Locking Problems

im having issues any solutions welcome 1drivers side window playing up will go down ok but very slow coming up when button pressed have to help it close 2nd central locking works but i have to unlock door then use remote as close to sensor as possible to lock then unlock to disable imoboliser car starts runs okay new batteries in blip light comes on so blip okay some one says a weak car battery can effect the sensor ? currently dealing with the leaky sunroof i dont think it got wet as it still works any ideas chaps
