Intermittent Airbag warning

Drove back home from Scotland yesterday, 100 ml A roads, 300 miles motorway - several stops.

After a short break at one services I started getting very short 'SERVICE' light and an associated airbag warning. This kept coming up intermittently for the remaining 100 or so miles.

I got as far as working out it happened when I accelerated.

Did 70 miles or so today with no sign of the problem.

Checking through the forum there are comments about connectors under the seats (?) - I drove on my own today, but had my wife as a passenger yesterday.

Any Ideas welcome?

Yes under the seats there should be connectors , on some models they become loose disconnect and reconnect them, some Members have removed the connectors and soldered the joints, I think the main connection is under the passenger seat in the Laguna .

Use the Forums search facility input - Airbag light quite a bit of info on this problem within the Forums .
