Radio won't turn off!
Good Morning everyone,
I've reached the point where I need a helping hand!
It seems that since yesterday my factory fitted radio won't turn off.
The power button doesn't have any response whereas every other button still works. Turning off the ignition proves fruitless too as the radio remains on. I'm quite worried that it's slowly but surely draining my battery whilst sat in the office car park and I'll find myself coming back to a flat battery around 5pm.
I've removed the appropriate fuse, as indicated by the diagram on the fuse section and the radio remains on again.
In addition to this everytime I start the car the dashboard needles go crazy and turn of their own accord. Only by pressing the reset stick can I reset them to their normal positions. This has been the case for around 3 months.
Please can anyone suggest anything? I've looked through the previous posts and can't find anything similar. Even an idea how to disconnect the radio would make my day. I don't have the special Renault pins to remove it though.
