the heated rear screen is not working, yet the light on the switch does.

I have checked the fuse and this seems to be fine so am lost for ideas?

how do i check if there is power getting to the screen?
how would i check if there is a faulty earth on the rear door, where would i find it?

cheers for any help

Hi Burnzage - you'll need a test lamp or multi-meter to test of power is getting to the rear screen - there should be terminals under the trim at each side. It could also be a faulty switch where the power is goin to the warning light but not to the switch outlet. Its a bit like some people I know - the lights are on but nobodies at home.
I take it you have checked the fuse

If you don't get power accross the terminals try between the terminals and the body of the car. Its common to loose the earth connection in the door frame.
