Battery change

The battery in my clio DCI is all but dead even slighty cool and i cant get it to start before the battery wont turn the engine over

Simply enough i hear ya say change the battery

Bugger i havent a clue what the code is for the radio damm

Is it possible to get the car started and change the battery with the engine running thus keeping the code active in the radio??
