My Wiring thoughts
I have my sub neatly wired in now, and all seems to be working a treat.
1) Firstly, lay the powercable down the lefthand side of the car, passing it round any obstructions. (Seat belt, seats)
To do a proper job, you will have to remove DOOR PANELS and trim to pass the wire through. Pass the wire under the grey trim next to the seat, this can be unclipped with a bit of force, but will not come off completely unless the seat is removed.
2) Run your RED (+ve) wire down the left hand side of the car. You will find a rubber grommet where the BONNET RELEASE wire passes through, use a sharp screwdriver to initiate a hole UNDERNEATH the current cable, poke it through real hard and then have a look where it comes through on the other side under the bonnet.
Then a larger driver to make the hole larger, then cut and twist them end of the copper cable to a sharp point to push the wire through the rubber. This is the most difficult part, and will involve you twisting into all sorts of positions to get the wire through.
3) Remove rear seat cushions and panel by unbolting the seatbelt. the wire can then be passed behind the panel and hidden, until it reaches the boot, where the amp is.
The audio cables are passed down the Right hand side of the car in a similar fashion - under the trim next to the seat, past the side pillar and through the back panel.
If you can't remove the door panels, then it'll look scruffy.
The ground (-ve) cable can be bolted under the gold coloured bolt in the boot, which is under the plastic cover, this can be lifted off. The bolts are very tight, i screwed up one ratchet trying to undo them. Use a decent crimping tool to put forked ends on to put under the bolt.
