What size speakers do i need?

Hi im going to replace the front door speakers in my clio,i was going to ask what size speakers i need but i found out its 5.25" so forget that question.

it should be just a simple case of taking switching the speakers right? no soldering is required?

how much power should i need?

i want good quality ones but i dont need some that are ridiculously loud or ones that are cheap and crappy.

thanks for any advice.

Lots to choose from here, just choose a brand and a budget.

You'll find that the existing speakers are connected to the cars loom with "special" connectors. You'll probably need to cut these off if/when you fit aftermarket speakers. You'll need some spade connectors to hook up the cars loom to your new speakers. Make sure you observe the polarity correctly and you'll be fine. I had no trouble installing aftermarket speakers into my old Megane
