When we looked at the battery in the checking he did say the connection was pretty poor but only because the terminals had been put on with a bolt instead of a proper battery connector.
But if worse comes to worst and it happens again I'll just get the blokes at wilco to fit new connectors.

However my central locking still doesn't appear to lock properly. So I will be ripping the door cards off at the weekend unless there are any better ideas from you guys?

Thanks again for taking the time to help a noob out

Jamie.

Awesome. Batt went dead overnight, bumped it off my partners car.

Enter Radio Code, Not even a standard fit one, and sony want it sent in, They can jog on.

Any one got any advice for a decent head unit?

Edit got an old one, ISO connectors but the wiring is diffrent to that on the clio. I may just give up and get a fiesta.

Okay, Last post about this I swear. But I straight wired my new head unit into the Clio, but when I turn the engine off it still plays? Have I got a wire crossed or is this ment to happen, it hasn't done this on any of the clios I;ve have before.

ah, okay

Will it do any harm as long as I remember to turn it off every time I get out the car?
