Megane - Central Locking Question

Hi guys,

As you may or may not know I ive just done an engine change on my mk1 megane w reg.

Well I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen but now when I drive off my central locking kicks in and locks all the doors.

This isnt a major issue as it doesnt really hinder me in anyway.

I'm just curious to know is this supposed to happen because it never did before the engine change have I fixed a fault I had before or have I created a fault.

The mind boggles.

Cheers in advance guys

It's called raid (renault anti intrusion device) and most modern renaults have it. It can be enabled/disabled by holding down locking switch inside the car for 15 seconds or so
