At one point I was gonna grab the fogs from a megane down the breakers and fit them into our meggie - just basically to make it look a little more presentable. I had no intention of wiring them in as that would be far to annoying for me to do but just to get rid of the black plastic things in the bumper really.

Anyway giot there a week later and some little git had beat me there!

I agree they make a car look nicer, but why people think they have to be turned on to look good I'll never know.

Fogs fitted to those big round spaces make the car look nicer I have to admit but those drivers who drive around with them on unncessarily just seem to be ****s - in fact one such young driver close to where I live was handed 3 penalty points for doing so.
Every time I see one driving in broad daylight with them on I imagine the driver singing to himself - "I love me, I love me, I'm daft about myself"

Narcissistic morons

My Clio has them fitted. The only time I used them was to check they were working! I've never put them on whilst driving as I haven't needed to - any light fog has only merited dipped beam.

With renaults and other french cars the fronts come on before the rears when turning them on.
The light from front fogs should give out a low level (ie no higher than the top of the bumper) light that cuts under the fog. In all of th etime that i have had front fog lights i have used them on purpose about half a dozen times or so. I will admit that i some times turn them on by accident, normally in the day time and not notice that i have done it till i turn the lights on later though with the xenon lights you notice straight away.

I've thought about 'fogging' my Megane too. Not really looked into it tbh but agree with all above about the look and the losers. It is really annoying on the unlit sections of the motorways. You overtake someone only to be blinded, then when you flash your hazards to warn them they do nothing. If I get them fitted I will slow down again and tuck in behind them and see how they like it.
