Hi mazz and welcome to the forums.
It may well be that the shunt dislodged the passenger window from it's rail.
You will need to remove the door cards and inner seal to see exactly what's happened. Hopefully it will just be a case of ensuring the glass is put back onto its rail.
Door cards are normally held into place with a few tactically placed screws....check everywhere (behind the handle etc) and don't try to force the door card off until you have removed all the screws.
