Angry Running Problems

We have a renault megane scenic RN 1.6E 1999. when the car has just been started up a light appears on dash showing electronic incident warning light and the heater plugs on warning light, these lights stay on whilst driving but when we have turned off the ignition after the car has warmed up when restarting the car the lights go off after 3 seconds but the car sometimes fails to start or it starts and bunny hops when accelerating, feeling like the fuel is not getting through properly then cutting out when foot has been taken off of the acelerator. We have taken the car to a garage where it was put on a diognistics machine and this found no fault??? When the lights are on the car drives like a new car when the lights go off after restarting the car is a nightmare to drive and becomming to the point that we dont want it anymore. We love to drive the scenic when it is running smoothly, but the garage cannot find anything wrong with it??? Any ideas??? Most annoying!

check the vacuum hose from the throttle body to the map sensor , bad for splitting at the elbow, will cause bad "kangaroo petrol" and might not return a dtc.
Currently in Gogslad's garage:
Koleos, RR1 Fireblade, RRW Fireblade, CZ 125.

Dear Godslag, would the vacuum hose cause the lights to come on and run smoothly then go off when car is warmed up and run badly??? Will tell hubby what you suggested tho, many thanks for your advice.
